53two exists to make the performing arts more accessible, inclusive and possible for people who face barriers to participation and creative careers. We provide opportunities, space, skills, support and platforms that build confidence, develop artists and companies, and enable new voices and stories to reach audiences.

Our BRILLIANT friend, Trustee and legend André Baron is running his second half marathon to raise money for 53two! Andre says:
To mark turning 50 in July, I’m taking on two half marathons this year in support of 53Two, where I’m honoured to be a trustee. I know just how vital their work is in championing new voices and inclusive theatre, and I want to help them go even further. Your donation doesn’t just spur me on when the legs start to complain — it directly supports a charity making a real difference in Manchester’s creative community.
